Essential keyboard shortcuts
A small set of keys to keep within reach.

Start small
Section titled “Start small”These are defaults described by the current navigation manual. Check local bindings if your installation behaves differently. Super is usually the Windows or Command key.

When a shortcut does not work
Section titled “When a shortcut does not work”Check focus and keyboard layout first. Then inspect your local binding, including whether another application captures the same combination. Avoid changing multiple bindings while investigating one failure.
